Sara and Nick's 415 Westlake Wedding

Sara and Nick reached out to me a good year before their wedding date. They knew they wanted to have someone else take over their wedding day after they had planned it all themselves. We did a Skype call as our initial appointment and then went on our merry ways for a good 9 months. When we reconnected, we met up for happy hour downtown (I'm always up for a good HH) and then we visited their venue, 415 Westlake. After going through all of the details that Sara had put together, I had a good idea of what they wanted and when. The biggest concern of mine was the room flip after the ceremony. 415 Westlake is a unique venue because it is a coffee shop near Amazon by day, event and wedding venue at night. Sara and Nick were planning to use the back part of the venue for their ceremony and reception, but it wasn't big enough to stage both at once. The plan was that once the ceremony was over, everyone would go to the front of the building, where the coffee shop area and bar is, while we turn the back room into the reception space. We had one hour to do everything: set-up tables, linens, chairs, table numbers, florals, plates, napkins, cake table, and then light the candles. And we did it! We couldn't have done it without the amazing team at Pyramid Catering. They allowed us to focus on making the room look perfect and that all the little details were taken care of. Jessica, their amazing florist, placed their centerpiece greenery in piles so we could move them easily to the tables. Napkins were folded ahead of time so they could be placed easily. It was like a well oiled machine! We even had time to spare so that Sara and Nick could come in and enjoy the room before their guests came in. The rest of the night went off without a hitch and everyone partied the night away. It was beautiful and bright with an industrial twist. :)Thanks to the amazing vendor team: Venue: 415 WestlakeCatering: Pyramid CateringPhotography: Reyna Robyn PhotographyVideography: Silver Screen WeddingsFlorals: Jessica Vann-Campbell FlowersCoordination: The Bubbly SoiréeDJ: Nathan CoxString duet for ceremony and cocktail hour: Earthtone DuoCake: Borracchini's BakeryPhotobooth: Selfie Booth SeattleCandles/Votives: Sweet Buffet LadyRentals: Grand Event RentalsHMUA: Posh Styling www.reynarobynphotography.comwww.renarobynphotography.com
