well as a venue walk through up to two months before your wedding. Yay!
Package #1: $1,025
You have it all planned out, exactly how you want it. You just need someone to make it all happen.
- Up to 8 hours of service on wedding day
- Prior site visit to determine location of decorations, vendors and flow
- Consultation to meet and go over event details
- If time allows: Set-up and decorate venue and/or tear-down at conclusion of event
- Point of contact during the wedding day to answer questions from the venue, vendors, officiant and guests
- Establish contact with vendors prior to wedding day to coordinate execution of events
- Manage vendors and maintain the timeline throughout event
- Assist with any help needed from caterer, bartender, guests, etc during event
- Distribute gratuity and/or final payments to appropriate parties if needed
- Unlimited calls/texts/emails
Package #2: $1,350
Our most popular package! You need help with some details, but are planning out everything yourself.

- Up to 10 hours of service on wedding day
- Help coordinate/design placement for décor, caterer, bartender, etc.
- Coordinate rehearsal

Package #3: $1,750
You want to select your vendors, but want help putting all of the other pieces together.
- Everything in Packages #1 and #2
- Up to 12 hours of service on wedding day
- Full décor set-up and tear down
- Timeline creation and recommendations
- One additional venue walk through
