before the wedding:
As soon as you book with us we’ll start your planning process. Armed with your timeline and a ceremony start time, you can head out and book your remaining vendors with confidence. We'll then work together to take your vendor selections, your décor lists and design and will make it all come together seamlessly via meetings and spreadsheets.
And then, a month before your wedding you hand over your vendor communication so you can enjoy that last month without having to field 3,472 emails. Because it can feel like that.

Initial planning meeting after you book with us to kick start your vendor-booking adventures

Contact with your wedding pros ahead of time to allow time for them to do their best work day-of
Venue walkthrough 2 months before your wedding

Custom 3D layouts of your venue for ceremony and reception
Rehearsal coordination to help answer all those questions about who stands where, when to walk, etc. (spoiler alert: we tell you all when to walk out)
Up to 12 hours of service on the wedding day so we’re the first on site and the last to leave, ensuring every last detail is taken care of
on your wedding day
You relax with your closest friends and family while we take care of the set-up, vendor arrivals, and all the details and logistics that happen when setting up for your big day. We know what you want, so it's like having a duplicate of you there.
We'll have drinks of your choice ready for you two after you say I do while making sure dinner is on time and ready to serve hot.
Your vendors get to focus on their jobs because we’re bouncing around between vendors and you to make sure everything flows well and on-time.
We make sure the key players are there when it’s time to cut the cake and keep an eye on things once the dancing begins.
After your grand exit, you then get to head to your hotel suite after you're done partying and we'll handle the clean up and will make sure your items get home with the right person.
