Frequently Asked Questions
I know you’re based out of the Seattle/Tacoma area, but do you travel?
Heck yes! Take me anywhere you want! We travel often to Seabrook and do not charge a travel fee there because it is a preferred venue of ours.
Do your prices fluctuate?
Once we chat and I send you a quote, the only thing that would change that final number is if you decided to add on additional services such as design or rehearsal dinner planning. Other than that, what you see is what you pay.
What’s the difference between you and our venue coordinator?
As someone who has worked in both roles, everything. A venue coordinator is hired by the venue to make sure the client has everything needed as stated in the venue contract. This can include working lights, showing where the garbage goes and possibly table arrangements. A lot of times you don’t see them except when you first arrive and when it’s time to check the property at the end of the event. A venue coordinator is not there to manage your vendors or anything you would bring into the venue.
On your wedding day, I handle everything else that comes along: your hired vendors, table decor, floral arrangements, DJ and musicians, caterer, etc. I would be able to make decisions as the day goes on and be the point person for all of your vendors without having to bother you. Your hired vendors appreciate having someone who knows what the overall picture looks like on the day of your wedding so they can focus on the services you hired them for.
Do you have any rental items?
We have a white neon Cheers! sign to rent exclusively to our couples. It’s a really fun addition to your bar area!
Why should I hire you?
I love to analyze the details of your wedding planning as well as the logistics of your wedding day to make sure you don’t have anything missing, or any potential hiccups. Plus, we also have a lot of fun! We’ve been known to put on some Brittany while setting up, and are almost always doing some sort of dance in the back wings of venues during the reception. We are also LGBTQ allies and support our friends in the LGBTQ community with open arms. I love becoming friends with our couples and are always open to sharing a drink as we get to know each other better.

What are the next steps?
Head to the contact page here and fill out the form with as many details as you know. It’s totally ok if you don’t know everything yet!
I’ll then send you an online brochure of my services with details and pricing of each. Once you review that, we will chat over the phone, via video or in person, whatever you’d prefer. We’ll go over your wedding day vision and get to know each other a bit more.
